2. Consultancy Services
Fees paid for career counselling, university application processing, admission support, or document verification are non-refundable, as these involve personalized efforts, resource allocation, and third-party communications.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service cancellation initiated within 24 hours of payment and before any document processing has begun.
3. Travel Services
For bookings involving flights, hotels, visa applications, and travel insurance:
